About the Speaker: Phyllis Neill is the President and CEO of WeMentor Social Media Marketing, a marketing firm that helps businesses make money with social media. Her 20+ years in executive management and marketing have taught her a thing or two about how to market businesses - and how to treat people. Throughout her career, Phyllis has provided direction to the broadcast and advertising agency industries, including a stint as Chief Operating Officer of MOBILTRAK, Vice President, General Manager for the TAPSCAN software company, and most recently, as Director of Agency Software with Arbitron. In every one of these roles, Phyllis has been successful at transforming the culture of those organizations into profitable, lean, business units – and yet managed to still keep them “fun to work at” – just ask any of her former employees or co-workers! Phyllis is a published author of a wide variety of articles on social media trends, marketing, business, employment, and leadership, and is the author of the recently published eBook entitled "The Jobseeker’s Guide to Online Branding".
